Hello and welcome to our holiday home, situated on the stunning West Sussex coast, in a prime position on one of the very best plots available at Haven’s award-winning Church Farm Holiday Village.
The park is very flat, which makes it easy for the whole family to explore.
You can enjoy peaceful, beautiful, unobstructed views over the lagoon and local nature reserve on our south facing decking. Just a 30 second walk brings you to the footbridge, where you can cross over the lagoon and take a walk along the coastal path to Pagham beach. In the other direction you have The Boardwalk, where you can wander around the lagoon and rest of the park to the harbour wall. There really are so many beautiful walks!
We are also conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the main complex too, where you will find all of the fantastic facilities Church Farm has to offer.
Our ‘Platinum’ grade holiday home has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your break away from home, with so many extras.
It has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with double bed, a dressing area with dressing table, hairdryer and en-suite WC. There’s also a twin room with 2 full size single beds, and a further bedroom with double bed. Each of our bedrooms has a wall-mounted, flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview channels.
Bed linen is included as standard and beds will be made up for you on arrival. Not many owners do this, but we believe it is how a holiday should start, so you can unpack and begin enjoying yourself immediately without the hassle of making up beds!
A good size modern family bathroom is in the centre of the caravan, with a heated towel rail, shower, toilet and basin.
With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area you will have plenty of space to relax. A high chair is also available.
The kitchen is very modern and well equipped and includes a full size, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a five ring gas burner with large wok ring; built-in oven and grill; built-in microwave; kettle and four slice toaster; Tassimo coffee machine and a very well stocked selection of pots, pans and utensils including a slow cooker. A dining table with four chairs is in the centre of the kitchen.
In the living area there are freestanding sofas and a footstool, all of which are positioned for perfect views out over the lagoon. There is a 43” flat screen, Smart TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, along with a built-in Bluetooth stereo with built-in speakers in the ceiling throughout. A remote control, electric log burner effect fire/fireplace is also in the living area should it get a bit cold.
French doors lead out onto the decking where you will find a rattan patio set with cushions, along with a luxury hanging egg lounger chair. The decking continues down the side and the full length of the holiday home, with a gate at the end just past the entrance door which is nice and safe to keep little ones from escaping! There are then steps which lead down to a private parking space. Beyond the parking space there is a grassed area with picnic bench; perfect for eating outdoors in the warmer weather. There is a BBQ for use by our guests which is big enough to cook for the whole family.
There is also a selection of children’s toys and games that are used by our little girls when we are there, which we have left for other children to enjoy whilst staying.

A £150 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Dates will not be secured/held if this is not paid. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If booked within the 8 weeks, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
On payment of the balance, we will also require a ‘Key & Damage’ deposit of £150, which will be refunded upon a successful inspection of our holiday home by our cleaner.
Please Note: single sex groups, stag and hen parties and/or groups of under 21s are NOT permitted under Church Farm Holiday Park rules.
Access to the swimming pools and entertainment facilities require an entertainment pass. This is not included in our rental price, but can be purchased from the Haven reception desk on your arrival.

Pagham Village is just a short walk from park, where you will find a Co-op, chemist, Tesco Express, Post Office, tea shop, café, Chinese takeaway, fish and chips, amusements and a few pubs.
A short car journey away you will find the seaside resorts of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, both of which offering plenty to do for the whole family.
In the other direction you will find the cathedral city of Chichester, with so many lovely shops and restaurants to explore. You may also want to take a drive to West Wittering beach; a Blue Flag, sandy beach with a café set in an area of natural outstanding beauty, located just at the entrance to Chichester harbour.
