This 36’ x 12’ caravan has a private enclosed with picket fence garden area with large patio and grassed area. There’s also a shed that holds the gas barbecue, table and chairs for outside dining.
There are two TVs in the caravan, one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom also has an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has two singe beds that can be put together as a double if preferred. A double pull-out bed can be found in the lounge, which makes up the six berths.
We have double glazing throughout and gas central heating for those colder nights.
From the side windows of the caravan there is a sea view and at the back of the caravan is private parking for two cars.
Ladram Bay is an award winning holiday park with 5 star facilities. There is a large heated swimming pool open from 8am to 9am for adult swimming, then it’s open to all for the rest of the day. The pool has a children’s play pool too, complete with slides and access to the outdoor splash zone for those fine weather days. There’s also a sauna and steam room available in the swimming pool, plus a gym for those feeling more energetic.
Food is available from the Pebbles restaurant, which also offers stunning sea views of Ladram Bay with indoor eating or outdoors on the balcony. There is also a café bar on the beach with drinks available during the day on the beach. Also on the beach you can hire boat,canoes,paddle boards,deck chairs to make the most of this fantastic beach.
The Waves Bar entertainment club puts on nightly shows and bingo to entertain you every evening.
And no site would be complete without a fantastic fish and chip shop and well stocked shop for all your needs, so you don’t need to leave the site.
Outside there is a large children’s play park, complete with a pirate ship and crazy golf course. There is an indoor climbing wall and soft play area in the amusements arcade too.
A short walk from the site you will find the village of Otterton, with a working flour mill and bakery/café. The village pub is also worth a visit for a welcome rest after your walk.
