Our comfortable 2017, Swift Biarritz caravan to let on Shorefield Country Park, is set in a lovely cul-de-sac (so no passing traffic), yet still within easy walking distance of the main facilities. No Dogs.
It’s also only a ten minute walk through the Park to the clifftop at Milford-on-Sea.
This 8 berth caravan is modern and spacious and comes with everything needed to make you feel like it’s a real home from home.
The kitchen and dining area is unusual in layout as it is separate from the living area. It comes equipped with an under-counter fridge and freezer, built-in gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. There is a free-standing dining table within the kitchen area too, that will seat four people comfortably.
From the kitchen the entrance door leads onto a gated veranda with a comfortable garden patio dining set for four.
Leading off from the kitchen is the living area where there is a corner settee with a fold-out double bed and a further single chair, along with a colour TV/DVD with a variety of DVDS to choose from.
French doors from the living room lead out onto the front gated veranda, where there is a garden and four seater rattan sofa set with coffee table.
There are three comfortable bedrooms; one double and two twin, all with storage.
The shower room has a full size shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a further second WC and wash basin.
A BBQ is available, along with outside patio dining set and rattan garden furniture situated on the main from veranda for that early morning cup of coffee in the sunshine.
There is concrete parking available alongside the holiday home, so no walking through wet grass to off load your luggage
Passes for the facilities are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased from Reception on the park if required.
Shorefield Country Park is a fabulous 5 Star rated holiday park set in 100 acres of landscaped parkland. It is close to the coast at Milford-on-Sea and just 3 miles from New Forest National Park, home to the famous ponies and deer.
On site, the clubhouse features bars, eateries and regular entertainment for the whole family. The leisure facilities at Shorefield Country Park can only be described as excellent, providing activities for all the family. Leisure activities include: a small stocked lake for fishing (rod licence required); and a leisure club featuring heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath, plus an outside pool for those warmer days. There is also a fully equipped gym, beauty spa and hair salon.
A non refundable deposit of £80 is required at the time of booking plus a £100.00 security deposit that will be refunded within 14 days once any loss,damage or breakages have been taken into account.
Full payment will be due four weeks before holiday start date
Gas and Electricity are inluded in the holiday price although execessive use may affect your security deposit
Sorry but due to park rules single sex parties cannont be accommodation
