Situated toward the top of Camping Cabopino Park, our lovely bright, spacious Casa sits within a protected mature pine forest with tantalising glimpses of the sparkling Med and surrounded by an oasis of tranquility.

Great family facilities & there is a very friendly atmosphere with helpful English speaking staff.

Our Casa is a short walk from the relaxed vibe of the golden sandy beaches of Artola, with boardwalks through the conservation area of dunes, to bars, restaurants and the pretty port of Cabopino.

*Our Casa is currently available year round, prices vary by season from £50/night .

Just 30 minutes from Malaga airport, with easy access off the A7 and on a bus route between Fuengirola and Marbella.

THE CASA ACCOMMODATION
The Casa has a large outside raised decking area, benefiting from the sun from morning to sunset. The decking is fenced with trellis to provide privacy whether you want to just relax and soak up sun or enjoy eating alfresco. There is shade when needed, provided by an extendable awning and Toldo (similar to a conservatory) that can be used as extra living/dining room.

Throughout, the Casa has a stylish and modern décor, & is fully air-conditioned with fly screens & shutters.

Enter from the spacious decking area to a light and airy open plan living room & dining area, with access to two en-suite bedrooms. The dining area leads through to a fully equipped kitchen.

OUTSIDE AREA
A large decked area runs the length of the Casa, with access to the outside being via a gate and 3 steps. The Decking has the following facilities:

. Awning - manually extendable
. Outside lighting & potted plants

TOLDO
Situated at one end of the decking the Toldo provides a covered, shady indoor/outdoor space as required. It has a family size pine table and 4 chairs providing a comfortable dining area. The roof and sides can folded back to maximise sunny days or remain covered for shade.

PARKING
A private parking space is provided immediately outside the Casa gate.

NO SMOKING or BBQ anywhere on the plot.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of £150-£200 is required upon booking. This is to secure your booking and to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be returned within 1 week of Casa being handed back as received.

ACCOMMODATION FEE
In addition, the cost of your stay is due 6 weeks in advance of your arrival, with the exception of last minute deals. Minimum stays are 6 nights.

ELECTRICITY
The electricity you use during your visit will be charged to you at the end of your stay and is currently 41 cents per unit. The meter will be read at the beginning and end of your stay and it is required that you pay in cash to the Casa management team before you leave the site.

ARRIVAL
The on site Casa management staff will greet you at the arranged time. Contact details will be provided and they will give you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

CHECK IN TIME
Check in time is 4pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier in the day at the park, but will not have access to the Casa until 4pm. You need to let us know so we can inform the Reception and our management staff of your estimated time of arrival. It is advisable to arrive before midnight within daylight hours if possible.

CHECK OUT TIME
Check out time is between 10am and 12 noon on your day of departure. Our management team will meet you to calculate electricity usage and take CASH payment for this. Please advise Reception as you leave the site.

RECEPTION
Please report to Reception as soon as possible upon arrival to present your passport/ID. The opening times are as follows: Summer Season - 8am-midnight; Winter Season - 8am-10pm
WI-FI for INTERNET
Wi-Fi is available free on site at the bar, as well as off site at the beach bars close by and elsewhere. Further access for private WI-FI in the Casa is available on a PAYG basis, purchased at Reception.

There is 24 hour security on site.

GETTING TO & FROM THE PARK
Buses and trains can be used to provide transport to and from the airport. Alternatively, we can assist you in making arrangements to be collected by car between the airport and the park should you wish. Please give advance notice at time of booking. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash. We will put you in contact directly about costs, arrivals and departure. Taxis are available and approximately 60 Euros.

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the most beautiful stretches of Blue Flag beaches, nestled in protected dunes, intertwined with boardwalks providing easy access to long leisurely walks along the coast.

The Park facilities include:

. Mario’s Bar Restaurant, offering a variety of drinks and meals/snacks along with live entertainments and music, with Wi-Fi available

A short walk or drive away (easy access by bus) is Calla Honda, where you will find Lidl and a Spanish supermarket, along with a choice of café bars and other shops and facilities to explore.

PETROL STATION & SHOP
There is a petrol station just outside the site, which also has a small shop that usually sells items such as fresh bread.
