The caravan is a 2015 Swift Loire with a spacious open plan design and has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having en-suite facilities , plus a family bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. For the cooler nights the caravan has double glazing and central heating with the lounge having an electric fire for effect. There is also a TV and DVD player in the lounge and there is plenty a seating for the whole family. There is also a dining area with table and stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge etc. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, sauces, kitchen roll, washing up liquid & toilet rolls for you to use during your stay. We also provide duvets and pillows and mattress protectors for the beds. Please bring your own towels, tea towels, bed linen & toiletries.
For you safety and peace of mind the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm and two carbon monoxide alarms.
There is a hard standing next to the caravan for parking one vehicle.
The caravan is located on Beech Walk, which is a short walk to the entertainment complex.
A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required at time of bookings with the balance due four weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
A £75 security bond will also be charged in addition to the rental charge, which will be refunded within 7 days of the rental period ending once the caravan has been checked that it has been left in good order i.e. clean, with no damage or missing items.
Rental charge includes gas & electricity.
No entertainment passes are provided.

Lead guest must be aged 21 years or over (Park rules)
