On sunny days you can gaze out of the large. front-facing window over beautiful Cornish scenery; or on cooler days cosy up on the comfortable sofa in front of the fire.

Our holiday home benefits from a beautiful plot at Trelawne Manor with views across the park and countryside. It also benefits from plenty of parking near to the caravan.

The accommodation comprises:

Kitchen & Dining Area

The spacious, modern kitchen contains everything you need for a self-catering holiday with oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table with four chairs.

Lounge

The beautiful lounge has been designed with both style and comfort in mind. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, one of which pulls out into a double bed, along with a fireplace. There is also a TV with Freeview.

Bathroom

A door leads to a corridor where you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedrooms

Double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, with plenty of storage and central heating.

There is a twin bedroom with storage and central heating.

Bookings & Conditions

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday depending on availability.

Check in is at 2pm. Check out is by 10am.

Please refer to the Price & Availability section before emailing.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your holiday commencement which is then non-refundable.

An additional £50 refundable damage/security bond will also be required, which will be returned to you after you have departed providing there are no damages or missing items.

Please report all damages during your stay.

Please note this caravan is not suitable for pet allergy sufferers as our non-moulting dog accompanies us when we use our home from home.

No pets allowed and no smoking allowed.

The rental price includes gas and electricity, along with pillows, duvets, bed linen, hand towels and tea towels.

Please note towels and cleaning products are not provided.

About the Area



Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is conveniently situated between Looe and Polperro in beautiful Cornwall, with a bus stop just outside the park. Buses go direct to Plymouth if you wanted some city shopping, or direct to Looe itself where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. In the surrounding area there are plenty of tourist destinations and places of interest a short drive away. Popular places to visit are the Eden Project in St Austell, Bodmin Jail, the historic fishing ports of Fowey and Mevagissey to name a few. If you prefer some city life, Plymouth and Truro are within an hour away, depending on traffic.

There are plenty of National Trust properties and beaches to visit if you wish to explore our beautiful county further.
