We have a three bedroom caravan that benefits from having double glazing and gas central heating. We also have a private tarmac driveway.

Caravan Description
Our 6 berth caravan is located just 5 mins from Fantasy Island, the beach and amusements. It is double glazed with gas central heating and a Private tarmac driveway.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin.There is enough seating for everyone to relax in the lounge and a dining area for enjoying your meals.
The kitchen is equipped with a full height fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster etc. There is a gas stove with grill and oven.
The lounge features a large TV with built-in Free view and DVD player.
The bathroom consists of a large shower, toilet and hand basin and there is also a separate toilet and hand basin next door to it.
We provide quilts and pillows, but ask our guests to bring there own linen (towels, bed linen etc.).
For the little ones we have travel cot.
All gas and electricity is included throughout your stay.
Bookings
Bond/Deposit required of £80 for breakages and to ensure the caravan is left in the condition in which you found it. This is refundable upon inspection following your departure.
Passes are optional - £80.00 for 1 week stay or £40.00 for Friday to Monday

About the Area
Coastfields Holiday Village is located off Roman Bank in the village of Ingoldmells, Skegness. Coastfields has many activities for both young and old; a heated indoor pool with water slide will keep the kids happy and in the evening there is a varied entertainment schedule in the show-bar. Other amenities on site are amusements, several bars, a launderette, supermarket, Chinese/English takeaway and many play areas for the kids.Just a 10 minute stroll along the coast road you will find Fantasy Island with its outdoor market and rides.
Alternatively there are buses which can take you in to Skegness where you can explore the town, shops, restaurants, fair, seal sanctury, amusements and lots more.
Locally outside of Coastfields there are many shops, arcades, pubs and eating places.
The beach is a 1 minute walk from the site and you will find miles of golden sand to enjoy.
