Welcome to our Coaster Cosalt Super 35 caravan, double glazed and heated throughout, situated on the exclusive site 'The Heathers' at Parkdean's Mullion Holiday Park in Cornwall.

This plot comes with its own designated parking space right outside the caravan.

The living area is open plan which is cosy, yet spacious. The lounge benefits from a built-in gas fire, 24" LCD flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and remote control, and if required there is a double pull-out sofa bed. There is a dining area which would easily sit 6 adults and is adjacent to the open plan kitchen area, The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a side by side fridge and freezer, a gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, ample storage cupboards and all utensils.

This is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan and all bedrooms come with duvets and pillows provided.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with en-suite toilet with hand basin, fully fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, dressing table, shaving socket and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 -Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers making this a more than adequate room for 2 children or 2 adults.

In the family bathroom is a fitted shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The caravan also has a Hoover, iron and ironing board.

Gas and electricity are included in the rental.

Wi-Fi is available at renter's own cost.

Sorry, no all-male/female parties - this is a Parkdean policy as this is a family resort.

Bookings accepted for 3 nights (Friday to Monday), 4 nights (Monday to Friday) and 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday).

The caravan can be occupied no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bookings are subject to a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

Payment accepted by direct bank transfer or personal cheque.

Location

Our holiday home is sited on Parkdean's award winning Mullion Holiday Park, which is situated on the A3083, approximately 7 miles south of Helston in Cornwall.

Mullion has its own bar and restaurant (Kynace Bar), a take away food bar, events venue with good entertainment for young and old, an arcade, plus outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools.

There are so many attractions and stunning sights to see in this area, just to mention a few:

To the north you have the town of Helston and the nearby Poldark mines, plus Flambards park. There is also a large Tesco and Sainsbury's in Helston for all your supply needs (approx. 20 minute drive).

To the east you have Falmouth with its lovely harbour. There is also a Trago Mills store with parking close by and a great array of shops, cafés and restaurants. Also to the east is Helford, with the Helford river and a couple of public houses that offer food and a view over the river (approx. 30 minute drive).

To the south you have Lizard Point, the most southerly point in Britain, with stunning views and coastline, where you will find a café/restaurant (approx. 10 to 15 minute drive).

To the west you have the village of Mullion and Mullion Cove, also Mullion’s own chocolate factory. Drive through Mullion to pick up signs to Poldu Cove, with its own beach café that serves the perfect breakfast (approximate 10 minute drive). Further west you have the harbour town of Porthleven and if you’re interested in water activities (kayak, paddle boards) Vertical Blue is situated at the harbour, with reasonable all day parking nearby (approx. 30 minute drive). A little bit further west you have Penzance and Lands’ End (approx. 30 to 45 minute drive).
