This is a fully central heated and double glazed, 36' x 12' ABI Focus caravan for hire on Heacham Beach Holiday Park in Norfolk.

Many caravans offered for hire are only 10’ wide and that extra 2’ width really does make a difference, especially if you have children or the weather lets you down and you are confined to base!

There is a spacious combined lounge and dining area, which has ample seating for a large family and any guests you may invite. The open plan design means whoever is preparing a meal is not shut away from the rest of the group.

The kitchen area has plenty of storage and ample, usable worktop. There is a full size under counter fridge and freezer, along with a full size gas oven/grill with four burner hob.

The bathroom comprises pedestal hand basin, shower cubicle and loo. There is also a second, separate loo with hand basin, which helps prevent emergencies.

There are three bedrooms; one double with bedside cabinets and wardrobe and two twin bedrooms, each with a small wardrobe.

There is full gas central heating to help with those chilly early and late season stays and there is also a gas fire in the lounge.

Gas and electricity is included with all bookings.

Quilts and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. A kitchen towel and tea towels are also provided.

There is a flat screen TV in the lounge with built-in Freeview and a DVD player. There is also a radio/iPod docking station - please note however that this may not be compatible with the latest iPods.

We also have a high chair and travel cot available free of charge, upon request.

The caravan benefits from having a new uPVC veranda with outdoor furniture, providing a safe and secure outdoor space for pets and small children. A BBQ is also provided.

Wi-Fi is available in the caravan, which is provided by Wifinity and is a chargeable service. Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome in this caravan at a small extra charge.

Smoking in this caravan is not allowed at any time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information and we will do our very best to help.

****We also have a two bedroom caravan available for hire on this holiday park; ideal for friends or families wishing to holiday together, but have their own space – please see Ref: 7898 on this website for further details ****
