This is a family owned holiday caravan. It is a spacious home from home with large living area and very clean with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is positioned in a very quiet, yet convenient location on the park, just a few minutes walk from the main entertainment complex. The lovely sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
The caravan is fully insulated, double glazed and fitted with central heating in all rooms.
Lounge Area - It has a very spacious lounge area with full size large sofa and two armchairs, LED Electric fire, coffee table, 39" LED HD Freeview TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player and a selection of films and board games for those not so nice days. The lounge also has LED lighting and front sliding patio door.
It has a separate dining area with a large table and chairs.
Kitchen - There is a large kitchen which is fully equipped, it has a full size fan assisted gas cooker, 5 burner hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge and freezer, crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils necessary to make it just like home (sorry no cook included). Fitted into kitchen roof is a velux roof light with blind.
Also fitted into the kitchen is a double socket fitted with USB chargers.
Our caravan has 2 bedrooms, all with large storage space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and large vanity area, wall mounted 21" LED TV and USB point. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and bath and heated towel rail.
The guest bedroom is very spacious and has 2 adult size beds and wall mounted 19" TV. It has 2 doors one to access the hallway and another to access the bathroom.
There is another double bed located in the large sofa in the main living area.
Pilliow’s and duvets are provided for all beds (including the pull-out) but you will need to provide your own duvet and pillow covers, bottom sheets, towels and tea towels
The modern main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and Velux window.
Hot water, gas and electricity is included in the price.
There is a large 16ft veranda with patio table, chairs, umbrella and additional seating to the front of the van (fitted with a lockable gate so ideal for small children), so just sit back relax and watch the world go by, also there is plenty of parking as we are in a great position , so no weaving in and out of caravans for access.
We ask all guests to please ensure it is left clean and tidy before you leave and is ready for our next guests, we do not use a cleaning service as this would just add to the cost of your holiday. All cleaning materials are provided.
This van is a cut above most static caravans and from the moment you walk in it is very easy to forget it is a caravan, with all the fixtures and fittings and extra touches this caravan is a home from home.
Bookings and Conditions
Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the holiday. Please let me know if these are required at time of booking and I am happy to arrange these for you.
Provisional bookings are held for 7 days only. A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance, plus a £100 damages deposit is required 8 weeks before the holiday. The £100 damages deposit will be returned once the caravan has been checked for damage.

NOTE: If you are a returning guest this caravan is an upgrade from our 2007 Atlas Heritage van sited on the same pitch
