Family owned, 3 bedroom Prestige caravan to let, which is fully centrally heated and double glazed.
The caravan is sited in a cul-de-sac on Eskdale, which is a quieter part of the park and approximately ten minutes from the main complex.
It sleeps ideally 6 people, however it can sleep up to 8 people. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage, along with 2 twin bedrooms, each with wall mounted cupboards and a small wardrobe. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, along with patio doors.There is also a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster,integrated fridge freezer, iron and all cooking equipment.
The main bathroom has a large shower with toilet and hand basin, and there is also a second toilet with hand basin.
The caravan has a large veranda with table and chairs, also a private car parking bay.
Piped gas is supplied so no gas bottles.
Terms & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday.
A £50 bond is also required. This will be refunded provided no damage, loss or breakages occur.
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before you arrive.
Towels are not provided.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price, but if required can easily be obtained at Reception.
This is STRICTLY a no smoking and no pets caravan.
