Caravan Description
Lovely, brand new, 3 bedroom, family owned caravan for hire on Thorpe Park Holiday Centre, sited on a lovely corner plot with full wraparound decking with LED lighting.
The sandy beach and all of the main entertainment centres of Thorpe Park Haven holiday site are all within a 5-8 minute stroll.
The caravan benefits from being double glazed, insulated throughout and having gas central heating.
French doors open from the lounge onto a veranda where you will find outdoor furniture. The large gated veranda wraps around the caravan giving a large outdoor area to enjoy on warm evenings and a secure area for the little ones to play in.
There is one double bedroom, large enough for travel cot (not supplied with en suite toilet and basin, along with two good size twin bedrooms.
All necessary pillows, duvets and bedding is supplied, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
Please Note: Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are not included.
The caravan has all mod cons, including a large walk-in shower and WC in the main bathroom, plus a second toilet.
In the lounge is an electric fire, a 42" Smart TV with Freeview and separate DVD player, plus a Wii games console with a good selection of games.
In the kitchen is a gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and full sized fridge freezer, along with all necessary pots, pans, crockery etc. A vacuum, mop and all cleaning fluids are also supplied.
The caravan also has an alarm.
Bookings & Conditions
Bookings accepted for Monday to Friday midweek breaks and Friday to Monday weekend breaks, as well as Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday weekly breaks from March through to October.
£100 deposit is required upon booking to secure your dates.
We also require a security deposit of £100, which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure providing on inspection there is no damage or missing items. Lost keys will result in £10 being deducted from your security deposit.
Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before your stay. Failure to pay will result in the loss of your bond and deposit.
Strictly no smoking inside the caravan or on the decking.
Strictly no pets allowed. (However we have a family pet which does go in the van so may not be suitable for people with allergies)
Check-in any time after 2pm
Check-out by 11am.
We love our caravan and take pride in it - it is after all our second home. We trust that you will treat it as you would your own home.
