Our beautiful platinum standard holiday home is considerably larger than an average caravan, spacious in size at 42ft by 14ft, with screened & private hot tub, is located at Haulfryn’s award winning Finlake Holiday Park in South Devon & situated in a very private, quiet & elevated position, overlooking both the lake and woodland. The property is also just a minute's stroll down to the lakes; ideal to take a woodland walk, go fishing or just simply relax.
The main amenities on Finlake Holiday Park, and all less than a 10 minute walk away, include Finlake Falls indoor pool (including Kids’ Zone) and flumes; a state of the art gymnasium; outdoor pool with flume; The Retreat Bar and Restaurant; The Hub eatery and shop, including indoor kids’ soft play and the Sirona Spa (Spa is over 16’s only and additional charges apply). The children’s playground is also just a 5 minute walk away.
The accommodation most definitely has a ‘home from home’ feel. It is fully equipped and lovingly furnished to ensure your utmost comfort and a relaxing holiday.
The double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) offers plenty of storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, a 32” flat screen TV, a range of mirrors, hairdryer and a quality memory foam double size divan mattress. The en-suite bathroom includes large shower, storage cupboards, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, mirrors, lots of storage, a dressing table and flat screen TV.
There is also a full master bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, a heated towel rail, storage cupboards, WC and hand basin.
The lounge is airy and spacious, comprising full length patio doors to take in the views, along with a coffee table and seating for five persons on two large armchairs and a two/three seater sofa. For your entertainment there is a 43” flat screen Smart TV. Our own personal Wi-Fi connection is available to you too. There is also an attractive electric flat screen fire available should you require it.
Sliding doors, which you can keep open for an open plan feel or close for privacy, lead to the open plan kitchen/diner with large, full length windows, a sky light and kitchen island. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave oven, integrated cooker with double oven/grill and separate gas hob, plus a cooker hood. There is also an integrated full size fridge freezer and all the utensils, crockery, cookware and glassware you could possibly need. In addition to this, our holiday home has the added benefit of a washing machine with dryer for your use.
Patio doors open out from the lounge onto the large decking area with areas of both full sun, part shade and sun; fabulous for watching the wildlife and taking in the beautiful views with a cuppa or a glass of wine. There is also a bench and outdoor six seater table and chair set provided for your comfort and Al fresco dining.
The very large private hot tub, complete with internal mood lighting and fairy lights for the evening, is screened and a wonderful start or finish to the day,. This is available for your private use and maintained for you for the duration of your stay.
The property also comes with one adjacent private car parking space and lawned garden . Additional parking is available a short walk away.
