Welcome to number 4, The Elms. The caravan is warm, comfortable and has a homely atmosphere.
The sitting/dining area is spacious and there is a gas fire, coffee table, foot rests, Freesat TV and DVD player, plus a varied collection of books, DVDs, local maps and games to use.
The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge (with small freezer), toaster, kettle, scales, food mixer, bread maker and pans/cook ware. There is also an iron, clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom (which also has a door into the main bedroom) has a good shower with seating, a lavatory and a sink.
The hall way has a shoe cupboard.
The main bedroom is a good size and has fitted wardrobes and mirror/dressing table.
The double bedroom opposite has 2 single beds. Again, there is plenty of cupboard space and a small mirror/dressing table.
Duvets, pillows and tea towels are provided. Sheets and bath towels can be provided at an extra cost.
Outside, there is a sunny patio area with chairs and a picnic table alongside the van. There is plenty of parking space which is 30 seconds walk from the van although cars can also be parked alongside the van at any time for dropping off etc.
Gas and electricity is included in the price.
Check in and check out times can be altered by prior arrangement, dependent upon bookings.
The caravan is used a lot by the owner so bookings are subject to a £50 breakages and cleaning deposit. This is payable with the final balance and refunded after the stay provided the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
This van is ideal for a couple or small family (see site description).
