Our ‘platinum’ rated, 13ft x 42ft, 2018 Willerby Aspen caravan has full double glazing and central heating. It is situated on the Clippesby area of Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park, which has great facilities for an enjoyable holiday.
The modern 3-bedroom accommodation has a spacious feel whilst sleeping up to six people, and consists of a king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is also a family shower room with wash basin and toilet.
The open plan kitchen includes a gas oven and hob. There is also an integrated 70/30 fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday. The table comfortably seats 6 for your family meals.
The lounge offers a good seating area with 2 armchairs and a corner seating arrangement. The area also has a flame effect electric fire for those cooler evenings, a 40” TV with Freeview, a Blu-ray player and an inbuilt Bluetooth system.
The south facing panoramic window leads via a sliding door to the wrap around decking area which can benefit from all day sun and where you can sit and relax on the outside seating. The decking area is also accessed via a lockable gate which provides a child proof area.
A further seating area for alfresco dining is situated to the side.
There is an adjacent hard standing parking space for your vehicle.
All bedding and towels for en-suite and shower room are provided.
Don’t forget to bring those beach/pool towels.
A complimentary supply of milk, sugar, tea & coffee will be provided for the start of your holiday.
Please note that we like Haven have a NO SMOKING policy inside the caravan and also on the deck area. An internal smoke alarm is fitted for your security.
We also do not accept pets or allow pets inside or on the deck area.
Your booking will require a non-refundable £100 deposit payable at booking stage. We also require a £100 in case of breakage or damage payment, which is due in addition to your final payment. Your final payment to be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
The damage payment will be refunded within 7 days of the caravan being checked as to above requirements.
Please could you leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
Our family owned holiday home offers access to a beautiful beach right on your doorstep and many other golden sand beaches along this coastal area. A holiday complex that offers a full and varied daily activities programme and great evening entertainment for all ages. It is a good base to discover and explore the surrounding area with many great local attractions. The coastal area of Norfolk has lots to offer, with Great Yarmouth a short drive away with its many attractions. Norwich with its castle, cathedrals and superb shopping and the vast Norfolk Broads area are within easy reach.
