Refined, elegant and luxury furnished, this is a high-end luxury two-bedroom holiday home, our caravan sleeps up to 6 people.

French doors open onto a secure, raised veranda deck with rattan decking furniture. There is also a paved patio area and private parking right outside the door, For easy accessibility and convenience.

Spacious, open-plan living area to make your stay really relaxing and comfortable, with free standing furniture which is different from normal caravan fittings. It offers excellent lighting giving it a relaxing warm feeling.
Amenities include a 40 inch flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; two very comfortable free-standing two-seater sofas and pouf; occasional coffee tables; central chandelier lighting, fireplace with living flame electric fire and carpet flooring.
The large, well equipped, modern kitchen includes full size, integrated appliances; gas oven and four-ring range hob, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, family size fridge/freezer, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you need to cater for family meal times. There's also lots of cupboard space for storage; soft closing doors and drawers; ceiling spotlights; wood laminate vinyl flooring.

King-size double bed and duvet and pillows provided however without lining. Amenities within, include a 22 inch flat screen wall-mounted TV/DVD player with remote control; ceiling downlights, reading lights above headboard; dressing table with drawer and chair, cupboard, mirror and lamp; large lit walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, loads of hanging space and lots of coat hangers: vacuum cleaner: USB charging sockets; carpet flooring; en-suite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower.

Within the shower room there’s a large shower enclosure with powerful and fully adjustable shower, wash hand basin with mirror and toilet, along with lots of storage space, extractor fan, heated towel rail, electric shaver/toothbrush sockets and wood laminate vinyl flooring.
The area around the caravan is lawned and has a private paved patio area. French doors from the living room open onto a huge, secure raised veranda deck with rattan garden furniture.

The holiday home will be cleaned thoroughly and prepared prior to your arrival. We ask you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please.
Duvets and pillows are provided so all you need to bring is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels.
Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday homes and pets are not allowed on the park.
Sited in one of the most prestigious areas of the park, in a private cul-de-sac, our holiday home is just a stone's throw from the main entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes' walk from Burnham-on-Sea centre, the seafront and sandy beach.
We have 3, 4 and 7night breaks available. A £75.00 refundable bond is added at time of booking, returned after your departure providing no damage or breakages occur during your stay.
We also rent with Haven so any private bookings require minimum 6 Weeks Notice to enable us to off hire the caravan.
