This ABI Ambleside 40ft x 13ft holiday home is classified as a ‘Luxury Platinum Ultimate Property’.

Refined, elegant and luxury furnished, this is a high-end luxury two-bedroom holiday home, our caravan sleeps up to 6 people.
UPVC double glazing and central heating (radiators from gas boiler).

Wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD players in all rooms.

French doors open onto a secure, raised veranda deck with rattan decking furniture. There is also a paved patio area and private parking right outside the door, For easy accessibility and convenience.

The caravan comprises:

Lounge Area
Spacious, open-plan living area to make your stay really relaxing and comfortable, with free standing furniture which is different from normal caravan fittings. It offers excellent lighting giving it a relaxing warm feeling.
Amenities include a 40 inch flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; two very comfortable free-standing two-seater sofas and pouf; occasional coffee tables; central chandelier lighting, fireplace with living flame electric fire and carpet flooring.

Kitchen Area

The large, well equipped, modern kitchen includes full size, integrated appliances; gas oven and four-ring range hob, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, family size fridge/freezer, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you need to cater for family meal times. There's also lots of cupboard space for storage; soft closing doors and drawers; ceiling spotlights; wood laminate vinyl flooring.

King Size Master Double Bedroom

King-size double bed and duvet and pillows provided however without lining. Amenities within, include a 22 inch flat screen wall-mounted TV/DVD player with remote control; ceiling downlights, reading lights above headboard; dressing table with drawer and chair, cupboard, mirror and lamp; large lit walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, loads of hanging space and lots of coat hangers: vacuum cleaner: USB charging sockets; carpet flooring; en-suite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower.

Twin Bedroom

Two full-size single beds with duvets and pillows provided; wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; bedside table; wardrobe with lots of coat hangers; shelving with mirror over; ceiling downlighters and additional bedside light; lots of additional under-bed storage; USB charging sockets and carpet flooring.

Main Shower Room/Family Bathroom

Within the shower room there’s a large shower enclosure with powerful and fully adjustable shower, wash hand basin with mirror and toilet, along with lots of storage space, extractor fan, heated towel rail, electric shaver/toothbrush sockets and wood laminate vinyl flooring.


The area around the caravan is lawned and has a private paved patio area. French doors from the living room open onto a huge, secure raised veranda deck with rattan garden furniture.

The holiday home will be cleaned thoroughly and prepared prior to your arrival. We ask you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please.
Duvets and pillows are provided so all you need to bring is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels.
Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday homes and pets are not allowed on the park.


Sited in one of the most prestigious areas of the park, in a private cul-de-sac, our holiday home is just a stone's throw from the main entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes' walk from Burnham-on-Sea centre, the seafront and sandy beach.


We have 3, 4 and 7night breaks available. A £75.00 refundable bond is added at time of booking, returned after your departure providing no damage or breakages occur during your stay.
We also rent with Haven so any private bookings require minimum 6 Weeks Notice to enable us to off hire the caravan.

About the Area

Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village has many facilities, including a convenience store, Papa John’s pizza, a chip shop, Mash & Barrel bar/restaurant, launderette and a hire shop.

There is a fishing lake on site, where you will find carp and silver fish (re-stocked this year). A tackle shop is also available.

There is plenty to do on this park: there’s a range of all-weather indoor/outdoor sport facilities and activities, which will keep the most energetic families busy all day. From football to fishing, crazy golf to archery, there is something for everybody.

Also on site there are kids' clubs for all ages, family water fun indoors or outdoors (refurbished outdoor pool opens May 2016) and splash zone activities, as well as family sports fun. Please note, for some activities there is a charge which is reasonably priced by Haven.

There is day and evening entertainment, providing a non-stop programme of shows and events, with spectacular family entertainment. There is also the show bar which runs programmes daily.

Should you wish to venture off-site there is a bus stop on the Park with buses going to nearby towns. The train station is located in Highbridge.

There are plenty of places to visit in Somerset, including Cheddar Gore, Glastonbury, Clark’s shopping village (discounted named shops), Wookey Hole, Wells, Bath, Brean Leisure park and Weston-Super-Mare just to mention a few.
