We have a fully furnished, two bedroom, 2014 Atlas Debonair 36 x 12 caravan that
benefits from having double glazing and central heating.
In the lounge there is a TV, DVD player and Freeview, there are kids cartoons
and movies available.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons and cooking utensils. Also
available is tea towels, iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom attached. All bedrooms have duvets,
pillows, bedding and waterproof protection on the single beds. There is a travel cot
available should you need one.
Gas and electricity are included within your rental price. Wi-Fi is available on a
pay as you go basis.
Outside we have a patio with a table, chairs, a barbecue and a driveway parking space.
Terms and Conditions
There is a NO smoking policy inside the caravan and No pets.
We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking and a £50 security deposit is required
for damages, which will be returned providing no damage has occured. Your remaining
balance must be paid 21 days before arrival.
Payment can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer from a debit or credit card ONLY! No
cash or cheques.
Red Lion Caravan Park is a lovely family site and set in the beautiful Arbroath with
lots to see and do for all the family.
Holiday Park Facilities
Two pubs, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, amusement arcade, soft play area
for the young ones, outdoor play park, launderette, shop restaurant and takeaway.
And if you want to check out Arbroath you have a lovely beach across from the caravan
site, cinema, kids parks, nature reserve, local shops, golf course, historical
attractions and lots of restaurants including fast food restaurants and supermarkets.
