This holiday apartment to let in Germany, is located in Duisburg about 2 miles from the town centre, with tram and railway stations nearby.
The Rhein Park is just across the road and you can walk down to the Rhein where there is a sandy beach and a café; here you can watch the ships going by. There's also lots of children's play areas.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, large hall and balcony.
The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate up to five people. Extra beds can be provided for young children. We also have a comfortable guest bed for a sixth person.
Facilities within the apartment include a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric cooker and oven, a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. We also have three TVs and a hairdryer.
Sheets, towels and weekly cleaning are included in the price.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Internet access is available.

About the Area
Duisburg is a great place to visit and is surrounded by water; the Rhine, the Ruhr, the inner harbour with its architectural highlights and the inland Port, which is the largest in the world - or Europe, at least!Wedau has the regatta course and water playground with a pirate ship for the kids. A few miles further on lies the largest recreational area in Greater Duisburg, the six Lakes Plain, which is surrounded by forests and has an open-air swimming pool, sandy beaches, boat hire, playgrounds and barbecue area. It's also a great place for walking, jogging, hiking, cycling, roller skating and eating ice cream!
From Duisburg it is not far by car or train (approximately 20 minutes) from the trade markets in Essen and Düsseldorf. The Duisburger Zoo is also worth a visit as are the Christmas markets.
