Our comfortable, bright and homely, two bedroom bungalow is situated on the edge of the village of East Wittering, but in the Parish of West Wittering.
It is just 500 metres from the beach, which is a 10 minute stroll. It is mid-terraced, with a front garden area and private back garden. There is also ample parking to the front plus a space to the back in our garage compound. The local, large Health Centre is just across the road, and the shops are very close too which include a Co-Op, Tesco, Butchers, Bakers, Surf shops and plenty of eating places and more!.
Entry to the bungalow is via a small porch area, for shoes etc., and there is a coat cupboard off the hall. Carpeted throughout.
The lounge includes a 3 piece suite, with washable covers, a nest of tables, display cabinet, electric fire and surround, TV, DVD player, Freeview (no Sky) . Toys and DVDs are also available. The lounge overlooks the front garden and car parking area.
The bathroom has a white bathroom suite, which includes a double ended bath and electric shower, hand shower and toilet, with heated tiled floor for the winter!
The bungalow can sleep up to 5 people plus has a travel cot.
Bedroom 1 is decorated white with 2 single blue metal beds, bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe and views to the front of the property. There is also room for a travel cot/folding bed.
Bedroom 2 is decorated in blue and white and consists of a pine double bed with pull-out single mattress, or our lighter folding bed, a double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and plenty of room for a travel cot. Huge sunny windows overlook the private rear garden.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with modern fan oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. There is a tumble dryer in garage for winter and inclement weather only.
From the kitchen you enter a cosy conservatory which has a pine table and chairs, and a 3 seater settee. This leads into a small private garden with table and chairs, patio area, rotary washing line, and access to our garage if you need to store a bike etc.
Linen and tea towels are included and beds are only made up when possible.
Electric is by Economy 7 storage heating system.
We ask that you leave the bungalow as you found it.
We can be flexible with our bookings - i.e. midweek breaks and some weekends are possible (3 night weekends preferred). Linen not supplied for weekend bookings. Personally cleaned by the owner.
