Set just one street back from the beach and sea front is our spacious and fully heated holiday apartment for hire, situated on the ground floor of a large Victorian building in beautiful Barmouth.

When not occupied by ourselves, we make the holiday apartment available to holidaymakers and provide a comfortable and convenient accommodation for 4 people.

Our holiday apartment in Barmouth features a good-size lounge at the front of the property with views of 'The Rock' through the large bay window. The room is fitted with a living-flame gas fire, two sofas that provide comfortable seating, a window table and chairs and a flat-screen TV with Freesat satellite channels, along with a DVD player and Amazon Fire TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Dinnerware, cookware and cutlery are included, as well as tea/coffee, condiments, dishwasher tabs etc. An extendable table and four chairs provide an ample, convenient facility for mealtimes. The rear door leads to the enclosed courtyard for dining outdoors.

The main bedroom at the rear of the property features a modern, comfortable king-size bed with bedside chests and lighting. A double wardrobe and large chest provide ample storage for clothing etc. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together if required, along with under-bed storage, a wardrobe and drawers.

The modern bathroom is fitted with a toilet, a large shower cubicle fitted with dual head power shower, a wash basin with illuminated mirror over, and a vanity unit for storage. The room is fitted with an electric, down-flow heater and heated towel rail for comfort.

Outdoor tables and chairs, a parasol and BBQ are located in the courtyard storage cupboard.

An iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment are also provided for your convenience.

Bath, hand towels and all bed linen is provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

The Apartment is situated in a quiet residential location, yet is within a short, easy walks of the beach, fairground, pubs, supermarkets and many other amenities.

Free, unrestricted parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Bookings & Conditions

Stays are generally a minimum duration of 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. However, we may be able to offer some flexibility if agreed prior to booking.

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Full payment is required for bookings with start dates of 6 weeks or less.

The apartment is available to families and couples only - NO groups of males/females allowed.

It is a strictly NO SMOKING apartment.

Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Check in time is after 2pm. Departure time is no later than 10am.

The Keysafe number will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

Barmouth is a thriving seaside town in North West Wales, with quality restaurants, good shopping, many takeaways, a working harbour and beautiful beach. It is well located for trips to Harlech (castle and golf), Portmeirion (Italian village) and Snowdonia.

It has excellent transport connections with good bus services, road and rail links. The railway station, offering the beautiful coastal train journey up to Pwllheli, is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Visitors to the town can walk over the old Barmouth Bridge to access the stunning Mawddach Estuary walk.
