The fully fitted kitchen includes a gas cooker with hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and hoover, plus all the usual equipment you will require.

The living room has window seating to the front and side, with uninterrupted, breathtaking views of the beach, sea and beyond! There's also a dining table, 32" LCD TV with Freeview, a radio, and gas fire for those cooler evenings.

Behind the site lies the Ardudwy Mountains. The beach is literally a stones throw from the decking.

About the Area

Approximately 3 miles from Barmouth town, Sunnysands Caravan Park offers fantastic family and adult holidays. Overlooking the beach of Cardigan Bay, the park club has entertainment nightly for adults and children.

The park has a well stocked shop, launderette, chip shop, take away and poolside cafe that provides delicious meals from breakfast to late evening. Other facilities on site include a swimming pool with a toddlers' splash pool and solarium, an amusement arcade, small bingo hall, post box and public telephones.

A local bus service runs from the park into Barmouth and back for a small fare.

Passes

You will be required to purchase a gate pass from the Caravan Park office. The pass is needed to enter and exit the Park. It entitles you and your party free entry into the swimming pool and free entry into the Park Club House. The cost per holiday stay is £30 and £40 peak season with a £10 refund paid by the Caravan Park office on your departure.

Local Area

Local and surrounding beauty spots include Pant Einion, Arthog and Rhaiadr Ddu waterfalls, the Torrent Walk, Tyn-y-groes, Tal-y-llyn, Fairy Glen and the Precipice Walk. The views from Barmouth's own Panorama Walk are something you must experience.

Barmouth town has plenty of shops for gift buying, as well as food markets including Co-op, Iceland and Spar shop. There is also an outdoor market on Thursday and Sunday.

From the holiday park entrance turn left and head towards Dyffryn, about 2 miles down that road on your left hand side there is a small Spar shop with the most fantastic butchers shop inside. Opposite the shop is a petrol station and just past the village is the turning to Shell Island.
