Welcome to this cosy, 2 bedroom chalet accommodation on Golden Sands Holiday Park in East Yorkshire, situated on a south facing plot with small front patio area with seating & dining furniture.

The double patio doors open onto a bright and airy lounge area with brand new (2021 season) comfortable sofa bed, a 30" flat screen colour TV and a selection of games to occupy those chilly nights in.

The kitchen area just off, has a full size double oven with grill/hob, a microwave and anything you will need to cater for you and your family.

Off the kitchen is a clean, modern shower room with power shower inside a double enclosed cubicle.

The master bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattress, plus plenty of wardrobe space. A further bedroom provides a single bed and storage.

All rooms have electric wall heaters, so you will get warm and cosy, with an additional towel rail in the bathroom.

The accommodation has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and is professionally cleaned to Covid standard, with particular attention to high touch areas.

Towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided and the beds are made up for your arrival.

Location

The chalet is situated on a popular, yet quiet, small, family-owned park, which has long been a favourite for holiday makers returning year on year. The club house, The Duck and Rabbit, serves a selection of beers, wines and spirits in a comfortable friendly environment. Once allowed, the club plays host to numerous high quality entertainment acts, details to follow.

A short stroll from the chalet takes you to the promenade and direct access to miles of beaches situated on the edge of the traditional resort of Withernsea, which has all the usual attractions, shops, market, major supermarkets, small independent shops, gardens, leisure centre, swimming pool, parks and a wide selection of pubs, cafés, restaurants and bars.

Further afield but within easy reach are the coastal resorts of Hornsea, Bridlington etc whilst inland you can explore the City of Hull, city of culture 2019 as well as historic market towns such as Beveley and York within an hour’s drive.

In the area are numerous coastal and county paths to explore, areas of outstanding natural beauty, Spurn Point is a must for it's ever-changing, rugged beauty as well as being a mecca for bird watchers.

There is so much to do within the area you'll want to return again and again.
