Caravan Description

Our diary is now fully open amd bookings ar underway.
We also offer payment options where you can spread the cost at no additional cost.
35’x12’ Willerby Granada, 2 bedroom holiday caravan to let on the extremely popular Coral Beach Holiday Park in Ingoldmells.

Bedroom one has a double bed and plenty of storage, as well as being en-suite to the bathroom. Bedroom two has two single beds. There is also a small, double pull-out guest bed in the sitting room.

All pillows, duvets, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. Bed linen is provided free of charge.
Please note we do not supply towels or tea towels..

Our holiday home comes fully equipped to make it a real home from home – this includes:

. Free Wifi
. 42” HD TV
. DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs and books for your use should you fancy a night in
. Some children's board games for your use
. Free travel cot and highchair use
. Plus everything else you would expect

This is our third year letting out and everything was brand new in 2021.

My daughter and I have tried to think of a few extras to give it that personal touch.

We stay here too, and we would like you to be a part of our home from home.

We do allow dogs but must be declared at time of booking.
Due to new legislation we are unable to accept XL bullys. This is out of my power and the site owners have a blanket ban on them on site.
This is in line with the Dangerous Dogs act.
Please be mindful in this is not my decision.

Bookings & Conditions

With all bookings a £75 care and keys bond is required in addition to the cost of any booking. This is refunded once the cleaner has checked they keys are returned, an there has been no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

A £50 deposit secures your date. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date.

We are advising that guests take out their own travel insurance for any instance that they are unable to travel. In the event that the site is closed, a refund will be offered.

With all bookings, a booking form will be posted out along with our Terms & Conditions for you to sign and return.

Location

Coral Beach Holiday Park in Ingoldmells is a very popular location as there are many facilities, both on and off site, including The Coral Club, Sealands pub, Pirate Pete's, a launderette and takeaway.

Just a 10 minute walk away is Fantasy Island and the market, along with many beaches close by.
