Caravan Description

36’x12’ 2 bedroom, 6 berth, privately owned caravan for hire on Cayton Bay Holiday Park, offering central heating, double glazing and beds made up ready for your arrival.

Thank you for considering our lovely holiday home on Cayton Bay Holiday Park, in Cayton Bay, Yorkshire.

It is a 36ft x 12ft model, with king size bedroom complete with toilet en-suite. There’s also a twin room and a double pull-out out sofa in the lounge. Beds will be made up fresh for your arrival.

A tea towel and bath mat are also provided, so you just need to bring towels.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated, with the added bonus of a gas fire in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a complimentary tea and coffee welcome pack provided.

This is our personal holiday home, not a business, so we ask for a £75 security deposit which is refunded on successful inspection of the caravan following your departure.

Location

Being a Parkdean Resort, Cayton Bay Holiday Park offers plenty of activities on site, although we provide a selection of books, games and DVDs in case of rainy days!
