Our brand new 2020 caravan for hire is on Sandhills Holiday Park on the beautiful Isle of Wight, situated on a great end-of-row plot, with sea views, just 3rd row back from the beach path. The caravan is adjacent to the clifftop green of the neighbouring holiday park, which hosts an outdoor cinema screen with films and entertainment for anyone to enjoy during peak season.

The caravan offers all mod cons. It has a full working kitchen and dining area with large freestanding fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, 4 gas burner hob and gas oven/grill, plus a dining table and chairs. With gas central heating and double glazing, it is perfect in any season, from March through to November.

Within the living area is a TV with freesat, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a Nintendo Wii (including Guitar Hero and Wii Fit) and a PlayStation. Games for both adults and children are also provided and we have a book swap facility.

The caravan has two bedrooms - one king size with en-suite toilet and dressing table, along with one twin bedded room. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the spacious lounge, for an extra two people.

Outside, the decking surrounds the front and side, with outdoor seating provided; perfect for an evening aperitif!

Your car can be conveniently parked next to the caravan.

About the Area

Sandhills Holiday Park is in a stunning location, with spectacular views of the sought-after Whitecliff Bay. It boasts private access to the sandy beach and fantastic walks within easy access. The site has a dog-free policy and has plenty of safe green space for children to run around in. With a helpful reception, on-site shop, off-licence, post box, public telephone, launderette and children's play area, Sandhills is the perfect holiday haven.

To the right, you can see the Yarborough monument at the top of the hill, known as the Culver Down. At the top, you will discover beautiful panoramic views and can enjoy a well-deserved ice cream, or drink/meal at the Culver Haven Inn, before visiting the Bembridge Fort.
In the opposite direction, following the coastal path takes you to Bembridge lifeboat station and The Crab and Lobster pub, with outdoor seating and beach views. Continuing round will take you to St Helens and some of the best beaches on the Island. Further still is the famous Priory Bay.
Whitecliff Bay beach itself, is idyllic. With no land to look out on, you truly feel as though you are on holiday. On a nice day, this is all you need.

The Island has lots to offer, from beautiful beaches and long walks, to theme parks and coloured sands! Popular places include the famous Blackgang Chine, Robin Hill and The Needles. Neighbouring towns of Shanklin and Sandown are always worth a visit, not forgetting the lovely Bembridge itself. There are wonderful local pubs and restaurants to enjoy, all with delicious food and drinks menus to choose from.

For the cooler days, we enjoy a little retail therapy at the Oasis gift shop in Brading, or a peruse up and down Union Street in Ryde, always with a stop at The Wonky Goat cafe for breakfast or lunch.
A recent find was The Garlic Farm on the Island, which is well worth a visit.

Once visited, you will want to return every year.
