Caravan Description
Our privately owned caravan is situated on a quiet area of the Southview Leisure Park.
All amenities such as the Boathouse bar and restaurant, fish and chip shop and the site shop are all within walking distance along with the show bar and swimming pool.
The caravan sleeps 6 people, it has a double bedroom, with en-suite toilet and hand basin and two double wardrobes. The twin room has two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed, and a double pull out bed in the lounge area.

The lounge area is very spacious with newly reupholstered seating and new curtains (new curtains have been fitted throughout the caravan), also supplied is a 32" TV and a DVD player (due to Covid-19 please bring your own DVDs). There is a small dining area with table and stools.
The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle with all the crockery, pots and pans you will need to cater for you and your family.
The caravan is double glazed and has central heating providing warmth to all rooms should you need it and a gas fire in the lounge.
There is a hard standing parking space at the side of the caravan.
Gas, electric and bed linen is included in the cost.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price. These can be bought separately from the reception.
