Our lovely holiday mobile home in Cornwall is sited in its own grounds on our small working farm near Truro in mid Cornwall. With far reaching, rural views across the village of Zelah and surrounding countryside, it is idyllic.

This warm and cosy mobile home has full gas central heating and double glazing and also offers amazing sunset views from the full height lounge windows.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a very spacious, light and airy lounge with a pull-out bed and TV.

There are 2 bedrooms, a double with TV and en-suite, along with a twin bedroom with children's beds.

The family bathroom has a large shower, wash basin and toilet.

There is space outside the mobile home to park two cars and on the large lawn there is a picnic table with garden chairs available. There is also a charcoal BBQ available for you to use.

Next to the mobile home is a laundry room with dryer and washing machine, along with space to park a pushchair and hang your wet suits and coats.

Approximately 6 miles north of the cathedral city of Truro, Polstain Farm mobile home offers far reaching rural views across the village of Zelah and surrounding countryside, with amazing sunsets from the full height lounge windows.

We are sited within easy reach of the A30 and just a short drive from both the north and south coasts and all major attractions. Eden, Heligan Gardens, fabulous beaches, coastal walking and several National Trust properties are all within easy reach.

The Hawkins Arms is only 400m walk away, serving excellent food and drink in a traditional pub setting.
