Lovely Delta Tranquility 2 bedroom caravan for hire on Pines at Cayton Bay lovely and quiet.
This caravan sleeps family of 4.
Fully gas central heated. Double glazed . All BEDLINEN provided.
This caravan is well equipped you won't be disappointed.
The caravan has its own drive alongside, plus a veranda at the front and a patio at the side.
Caravan consists of:
* Kitchen/Diner - with kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, toastie maker, gas cooker and everything you need to make it a real home from home.
* Lounge - this is separate, with a door lading on to the veranda. It offers a wall-mounted TV with built-in DVD, along with settee seating and an armchair.
* Veranda – with table and chairs.
* 2 Bedrooms - one main bedroom with good size double bed, double wardrobe and a single
wardrobe, plus en-suite; one twin room with two twin single beds with cupboards over beds and a single wardrobe.
* Bathroom with high power shower, toilet and hand basin.
* Bed linen is included and tea & coffee .
* Gas central heating, with radiators in all rooms, plus a wall-mounted electric fire in the lounge
* A selection of books and a large selection of games are provided for rainy days
BOOKING TERMS
* Deposit : £50 deposit ( Non Refundable) payed with in 7 days booking holiday this secures holiday dates.
* I always send a confirmation of payment via e-mail, plus receipt and booking form with SAE .
* Balance of holiday payable 4 weeks prior to holiday dates.
* Passes are NOT included these may be purchased at Main Reception if guests wish to do so.!!
* PLEASE NOTE THIS CARAVAN INSURANCE ONLY COVERS 4 PEOPLE ,SO THEREFORE IT IS ONLY INSURED FOR THE PEOPLE STATED ON
