Our central heated and double glazed holiday home to let on Parkdean's Newquay Holiday Park, is spacious, modern, fully equipped with integrated TV/DVD and gas fire.
It is ideally situated and offers views of the surrounding countryside as well as being only 50m from the pools (heated to 30 degrees!), kids' play park and pitch and putt (*pass).
The entertainment complex, including shop, launderette, games arcade, restaurant, soft play area and venue (*pass) is also in the same vicinity.
Newquay has abundant entertainment both indoors and outdoors, so you'll never have to let wet conditions spoil your holiday!
You have the benefit of fabulous views of the countryside and the countless places of interest and fun- filled adventure including boating lake, park, Newquay Zoo, Waterworld (indoor slides and swimming pool) and sports centre on your door step. You will have lots of fun places to go and things to do whatever the weather!
You are our lovely guests and we want you to have just as much fun as we have here!
The Space
The caravan is nice and spacious as well as central heated and double glazed, with a gas fire. It is new and has all new utensils, bedding, towels and essentials provided. There's also a brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, TV/DVD and oven for your use.
There are lots of cupboards for your clothes and with the added benefit of two toilets, you won't be queuing up for the loo in the morning!
All safety devices are in place and regularly inspected.

About the Area
Newquay Holiday Park is situated a short distance from Newquay town and beaches; ideal for surfers and young families alike!The atmosphere at the site itself is very laid back and inclusive, but safe, secure and child-friendly with lots of lovely staff about if you need any help at all.
The little ones will love the kids' clubs and activities, as well as having a boogie with Sid and Lizzie at the disco! If you do wish to use park facilities, you can purchase a reasonably priced pass* at reception which covers the club, pool and golf course.
In a prime location on Cornwall's west coast, Newquay Holiday Park is perfect for exploring some of the finest beaches in the UK, based only 3 miles from the numerous attractions of Newquay town centre, and 6 miles from Mawgan Porth beach.
