We have a west facing refurbished chalet that is pet friendly and has two bedrooms that sleep up to five and situated on California Sands Estates.

Chalet Description
This is our first year of rental and we have refurbished the chalet to give a clean, modern feel. The furniture and bathroom are all new and the floors are all laminated for easy maintenance, which means we will accept one well behaved pet.
There is a double bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. The settee will also convert into a small double bed, suitable for one adult or two children.
There is a new washing machine in the chalet, so no need to make the trip to the on-site launderette.
We are west facing so you can relax at the end of the day outside in the sunshine with the folding chairs we have provided.
All bed linen will be provided, along with a small welcome pack.
We have aimed for a good standard of accommodation, similar to what you might find in a hotel room.

About the Area
The California Sands site has the Oasis Club, a child friendly club house, and nearby Dutchy's bar, which provides nightly entertainment during the season. You will be provided with passes for free entry into the on-site swimming pool. There is also a site shop, amusements and a café.Within the immediate area there are several takeaways, including Chinese and the good old fish and chips. There are also several places to eat and/or drink at reasonable prices; Moments Restaurant, White's Lounge Bar and the California Tavern (renowned for its live bands on Friday and Saturday evenings).
The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a lovely sandy beach and you are within walking distance to the local villages of Scratby and Hemsby. There is a local bus service to Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are a short car trip away, where the scenery is stunning and all the more enjoyable if you hire a day boat. There is also the Great Yarmouth Racecourse and Great Yarmouth Stadium, both worth a visit for horse and greyhound racing. The stadium also has stock car racing every Sunday.
