Caravan Description
We have a well maintained 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Kingfisher Caravan Park in Skegness that can comfortably sleep 8 people.
It has a main double bedroom with double bed, under which you will find a travel cot and highchair, plus an on-suite toilet with wash basin; a second bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make double; and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The seating in the lounge also turns into a double bed. All bedrooms have an oil filled radiator, along with a fitted wardrobe, so there is plenty of storage space.
The lounge has a large seating area for all guests and comes complete with a Freeview TV, DVD player and digital radio. There is also a dining table gas fire and a standard lamp if you don't want to use the main lighting.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and grill. It also comes complete with plates, cups, cutlery and all cooking equipment.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower unit, which can be used as a small bath for young children, plus a toilet and wash basin.
Outside we have a veranda with patio table and 4 chairs, along with off road parking to the side of caravan.

We provide duvets and pillows, but you will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.
All price excludes the bond so that has to be added to the total price.

About the Area
The Kingfisher Caravan Park is considered one of the best in Ingoldmells and is ideally situated for all the attractions of central Ingoldmells. The beach is just a short walk or free train ride away, which you can get at different points on the park.Kingfisher Park is extremely well maintained and has many facilities, including a well-equipped children’s park, well-stocked shop and launderette. With all the facilities of central Ingoldmells on your doorstep you can choose from the large variety of cafés, clubs and amusements arcades. At the site entrance is BJ’s with amusement arcade and children’s play area. The villager pub has live shows each evening including some fantastic tribute acts.
As you leave the Kingfisher site you are immediately surrounded by all the shops, cafés, pubs and entertainment that is central Ingoldmells. A couple of minutes' walk will take you to the Fantasy Island funfair and the large market, amusement arcades and the beach, which also has shops and pubs.

We have booking forms, which will need to be filled in with all details of guests.
Deposits are made via pay-pal or bank transfer when booking. The holiday must be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
We also require a £50 security bond/deposit is non refundable if holiday is cancelled, and will onky be paid back within 7 days of your departure, as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage or breakages and the keys and barrier passes have been returned. Deposits are made via pay-pal or bank transfer when booking. The holiday must be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
