Caravan Description

Welcome to our family holiday home, this caravan consists of 3 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people. The caravan is for private hire and is sited on the Haven`s Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, Preston.

Our caravan is a 2017 ABI Horizon Deluxe plus model ( 11/04/17 ), it is positioned on the Sandown part of the site with plenty of parking opposite the van.

The electric and gas are inclusive with the cost of your holiday.

As you can see from the pictures it is very well presented and includes double glazing, gas fire and blow heaters in the bedrooms.

The kitchen benefits from a full size gas cooker, full size fridge with a small freezer, plenty of cupboard space, all essentials you need - kettle, toaster, microwave, iron + ironing board, etc.

Living room consists of a good size TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bluetooth stereo and a small selection of DVDs, books and games.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 is a twin room (you can push the beds together if you wish) bedroom 3 is a twin room. All bedrooms come with a blow heater (at the bottom of the cupboards). There is also a pull out double bed in the living room.

Pillows and quilts are provided, bed linen and towels are not provided. Linen is available for hire from Haven reception at a small charge (£10 per room, pw) or you can take your own.

There is a good size bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin, shelves, mirror, heated towel rail, child step and child toilet seat. Separate WC and wash basin.

Travel cots are available for hire at Haven reception at a small charge with a small deposit.

There is an outside patio with a pub style table bench.

Entertainment and facility passes are not included in the price of the holiday, these are available from reception, prices vary depending on the time of year.

There is a £75 deposit on each booking, this is non-refundable.

A £50 care bond will be due 2-5 days before your booking date ,this will be returned to you 7-14 days after departure, as long as the caravan is left in good order for our family and other guests to use.

The remainder of the monies due, must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday or the holiday at Weymouth Bay will be automatically cancelled Guest should report any problems or faults to us directly ( not through haven ).

checking out 10am promptly ,to give cleaners ect plenty of time to make sure the caravan is in good order for other guests,or charges may incurr ..
We are not liable for anything left behind ,it is your responsibility to check thoroughly ...
