Caravan Description

We would like to introduce you to ‘Stella’ our large and comfortable caravan with decking.

Stella is situated in a quiet area at the top of the park, where you can have breakfast on the decking whilst enjoying the morning sun and a BBQ and a glass of wine in the evening whilst watching the sun go down.

Parkdean’s Newquay Holiday Park is an award winning holiday park that provides entertainment and all the amenities you will need to keep you and the children busy. The site is close to Newquay and its famous beaches. Other beautiful beaches such as Porth, Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay are all a short drive away (Padstow is also about a 20 minute drive away). There is a full bus service available, which has a stop right outside the complex.

There is plenty of seating in the lounge, with a 32” LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

The main entrance has a large decked area with a gate so children are secure whilst you can enjoy reading a book in the sun - we provide patio table, parasol, and six chairs for just such times.

The kitchen / dining area is more than fully equipped with everything you & your family could possibly need during your stay, gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge, separate freezer with drawers, toaster, kettle etc. A full inventory of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a high chair.

The master bedroom has a double size bed, wardrobes, dressing table and drawers.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe & overhead storage.

Our spacious bathroom comes fully equipped with an enclosed modern walk in shower cubicle, sink & toilet and a radiator.

The caravan is fully double glazed & centrally heated with radiators in every room, however there is a gas fire mounted on the living room wall for chilly evenings.

A clothes airer, ironing board, iron, oven gloves, bathmat, high chair & hairdryer are also provided for your use.

We have also added a few board games, playing cards, and a small selection of childrens dvds.

You have your own private parking bay which has space for up to 2 cars.

You will find an information folder next to the TV in the lounge with useful information (location of large supermarkets, nearest beaches etc) and feedback forms.

Now for the boring bit:

Stella is strictly a no-smoking caravan (which includes the decking), so please if you do smoke, don’t do it in the caravan or on the decking.

You are welcome to have BBQs, but again, please not on the decking.

We cannot accept bookings from single sex parties (stags/hens etc.) and no dogs please.

Mattress protectors are on all beds and we provide pillows and duvets. Please note, we do not provide bed linen (sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers), so please bring your own.

We love spending our holiday time exploring Cornwall and coming home to our caravan, we feel you will too making lots of memories in this beautiful part of the world.

If you would like to book Stella, all we require is £100 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before your holiday the full balance must be made upon booking.

We also require a £70 good housekeeping bond, which is additional to your holiday price. Your bond will be refunded to you within a week of your departure and after our cleaners have checked the caravan - please note, the cleaners now do a full inventory check as we have had items which we have left out for our guests comfort go missing before. The refund will be made via bank transfer and you will receive an email when the bond has been returned to you.

Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.

As reception is often very busy, your keys for Stella will be in a ‘key safe’ – location and code will be provided when full payment is made

We can also book for you short breaks, but unfortunately not in the peak school holiday weeks. If you require a shorter break outside school holidays, please email us - we do try to get back to you within 24 hours of your enquiry.

Please bring your own bed linen and please note towels are not provided. (duvets and pillows are provided).

Gas and electric usage is included in the price.

The caravan is let Saturday to Saturday unless by special arrangement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if your requirements are outside of these days.

Complex passes are available from reception. This fee is controlled by the park management and is subject to change as per their right. In the past, we have spent many holidays without needing them as we are always out and about around Newquay / Cornwall. However, they are needed for the entertainment and pool complex.

Please read the information sheets provided in the caravan at the start of your holiday for an extremely enjoyable and safe holiday.
