Caravan Description
Very well appointed, two bedroom home on a quiet, sunny and well run site.
Clean and well maintained, fully furnished, with all necessary inventory and accessories. (Rated “Silver-Plus” by the site).
Central heating and radiant gas fire, double glazed, warm in Spring & Autumn.
Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, new fridge, microwave, toaster etc. (No chipped cups and bendy forks! We stay there as well so set-up as our own).
Corridor leads to a twin bedroom, shower room, and large double bedroom with TV and en-suite.
Living area is light and airy with ample settees, a pull-out double bed, dining furniture, TV and DVD.
Outside there is a picnic bench/table for outdoor living. BBQs are allowed.
Plenty of space between vans, and parking just outside the door.
Key holder lives on-site so help is at hand if needed.
Everyone has bedding at home so we don’t include it, and it’s cheaper for you that way. There are duvets and pillows provided, so just bring sheets and a towel.
You can occupy your holiday home from Saturday at 12 noon. Stay as long as you like up to the last Friday of your booking at 12 noon.

About the Area
Medium sized, well laid-out, holiday site with fishing lake, club house and laundry. Small shop at reception.Located on the main route from Colchester to Clacton, at St. Osyth. in Essex.
You can use the swimming pool at a nearby sister site in St. Osyth.
The village of St. Osyth is a mile away and located on the coast. Nearby, Point Clear has a sandy beach.
There are good pubs in St. Osyth, an Indian Restaurant, a market on Sundays, and excellent local butcher.
Obviously, nearby, Clacton has all the seaside resort attractions you could ask for.
We have a Morrisons, Tesco and large new Asda in Clacton.
Colchester is 12 miles away and is a good day out, lots of shops and an historic Roman Town.
Three miles to Brightlingsea is a lovely small harbour with a marina, pubs and the best Fish & Chip shop in the area.
Plenty to see and do. Major roads to the area make getting here straightforward and quick.
