Caravan Description
***DELUXE 3 BEDROOM, 8 BERTH CARAVAN FOR HIRE ON LITTLESEA HOLIDAY PARK. DOUBLE GLAZED THROUGHOUT 2016 MODEL. EXTREMELY WELL LOOKED AFTER AND VERY HOMELY***
It comprises of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and second separate WC, a fully fitted kitchen and nicely furnished lounge with TV/DVD player and selection of DVDs, games and cards.
Our caravan also has a small veranda with steps and a gate. This will be handy if you want to keep the door open and keep children and dogs safe. We do allow 1 small/medium dog but the caravan will be kept very clean and fresh so it will be suitable for non dog owners to use as well. When we visit as owners we will give the caravan a thorough clean as well as the usual cleaning in between guests by the employed cleaning staff.
Our caravan is situated in West Acres, which is only a short walk from the main reception area and other main facilities.
It has 3 nice size bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, all with wardrobes and plenty of hangers. A hairdryer is included and will be left in the master bedroom. Each room has instant hot air heaters and a gas fire in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, together with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob, gas grill and main gas oven and plenty of cupboard space.
The lounge has ample comfortable seating with a 32" TV, DVD player and plenty of DVDs for all the family. We have also included a few games, playing cards and some children's books for you all to enjoy. One of the sofas converts to a double bed, so you can comfortably sleep 8 people. There is also a dining area with sofa seating and 2 extra stools. There is under seat storage available by the dining table.
We are a pet friendly caravan and will allow 1 small/medium dog, although there are some dogs which are not allowed on the site (Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa).
Duvets and pillows are provided for your convenience, but you will just need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. We have added protectors to all the pillows.
Fun passes are not included in the caravan rental cost, but these can be purchased from reception.

About the Area
Littlesea Holiday Park is a 5* park only 10 minutes away from the centre of Weymouth. You can catch the bus from just outside reception that will take you directly to Weymouth's award winning beach. If you prefer to drive to the beach then there is ample parking. There's more to Weymouth than just the beach though, a visit to Lulworth Cove is not to be missed. If you are looking dine out then you have the Mash & Barrel bar & restaurant which is open for breakfast and meals are served right through the day. There is also Sky Sports available and they show all the Premier League and Championship games that are live on Sky Sports. The restaurant also has an outside terraced where dogs are now welcome.
If you fancy a night in with a takeaway then you have an excellent Fish & Chip shop on site, and you can order Papa John's pizza's from the arcade area (just outside from the Mash & Barrel) and they will deliver to your caravan.
Also on site is a convenient Spar shop, a launderette and a Starbuck's coffee house.
