Caravan Description
We have for hire our comfortable, modern two bedroom static caravan which is double glazed and heated on Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a 5* holiday park and is great for couples and families. It is an ideal base for the beautiful New Forest and the many beaches that are nearby.
The caravan’s two bedrooms comprise of one double and one twin room. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge area. There is a tv in the double bedroom and a dvd tv in the twin bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers in both. The double bedroom has a hairdryer for use. Both bedrooms have blow heating.
The lounge area has an electric fire, which is great for a cosy evening staying in watching the Freeview TV. There is also a dvd player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an under the counter fridge and separate freezer, a cooker with fan assisted oven and a microwave. There is also an iron and table top ironing board, along with everything needed for a comfortable break.
Our caravan is in a lovely sunny position, with the decking having the sun from midday through to the evening, so it’s a real sun trap. We also have a patio table and 4 chairs. This is great to sunbathe or just relax after a hard day at Friars Cliff beach, which is only a 10-15 minute walk. There is also Mudeford and Highcliffe beaches which are a mile and a half.
Barbecues are permitted on the hard surface outside the caravan, but not on the decking. This is not included.
Club passes are required for the swimming pools and the clubhouse venue and these are included in the hire price.
Bed linen is also included for the 2 bedrooms, but you will need to bring your own duvet cover and pillowcases for the sofa bed but a double duvet and pillows are included. You will also need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
£100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR EACH WEEK WILL SECURE YOUR BOOKING, WITH THE BALANCE DUE 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
A form will be sent to you for you to collect your passes and key, which you need to bring with you to reception. A list of the park rules are inside the caravan with some information leaflets.

About the Area
Hoburne Caravan Park has undergone a refurbishment iin 2018 in the indoor and outdoor pool areas and the cafe area.There are many facilities on site, including an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor pool. Sauna and steam rooms plus a gym. A play park, crazy golf, food court with some outdoor seating and a separate restaurant. A clubhouse venue, Sammy the Seahorse clubs for different ages. Giant inflatables and mermaid lessons plus many more activities are available in the summer months.
Nearby there are a Sainsbury’s supermarket. Tesco, Aldi and Co Op and shopping can be delivered to site.
The beach a short walk away - Friars Cliff.
Highcliffe and Mudeford beaches are a 10 minute drive or a short bike ride away.
Christchurch riverside walk with riverboat hire is nearby.
Christhchurch shopping centre is a short drive away.
Our caravan is a great base from which to explore the area. Leaflets are in reception.
