Caravan Description
Welcome to our 2015 Swift Loire holiday home for hire situated in the St. Andrews area of Seton Sands Holiday Village in East Lothian, Scotland. We are away from busy roads in a quiet area of the park, which is great for kids.
Our family caravan is comfortable and spacious, with double glazing and gas central heating. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the main complex, a launderette and shop, which are on site if required.
There is parking for 2 cars next to caravan, off the road.
We are dog friendly (max.2 dogs).
The caravan sleeps 8 and has one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, along with a fold-down double bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided free of charge and beds will be made up for your arrival.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils. There is also a table in the dining area.
The lounge is comfortable and spacious and includes an electric fire, 50" Freeview HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player and a Bluetooth sound system.
There is a separate toilet and shower room. Hand soap and towels are provided free of charge.
The caravan has an alarm system and outside we have a small concrete patio with table and chairs.
A welcome pack of bread, milk, tea ,coffee, sugar and soft drink is provided.
Our caravan is a NON SMOKING caravan.
Available from April 1st. to the end of October.
£50 deposit (non-refundable) secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. If booking a date less than 4 weeks away then the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
A £50 security bond is also required. This can be paid when booking or when paying the balance. After your departure the caravan will be cleaned and inspected. Your bond will then be returned if not issues are found.

We don't supply family passes to the Haven facilities, but these can be purchased at Reception.

About the Area
Haven Entertainment has a choice of bingo, kids’ clubs and great live acts in the Entertainment Complex - for regular updates see the Haven website and choose Seton Sands or download the Haven App on your smart phone.Also on site is an amusement arcade, new indoor pool with slides, a 9 hole golf course, laundrette, grocery shop, takeaway, restaurant and kart hire, with other activities available during peak season.
Edinburgh city centre is 30 minutes away and a local bus service to the city is just outside park entrance. Edinburgh is Scotland's capital city and has many attractions and shops.
Local Attractions include: Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre, which is 15 minutes away and offers great shops, a cinema and restaurants; the beach with good sandy areas to relax; scenic walks and nature reserve; an Open Championship golf course; amusements; pubs and clubs; takeaways; fishing and historical attractions.
