Caravan Description

This is our much loved 3 bedroom, family owned caravan for hire on Haven’s Thorpe Park Holiday Centre in Cleethorpes, and we are hoping you get as much enjoyment out of it as we do.

It has gas central heating throughout and double glazing, plus a full wraparound, gated decking which is great for keeping the little ones safe whilst still being able to play out. There is also a table and chairs on the decking; perfect for enjoying the sunshine, which we get on the front of the caravan all day.

The caravan has just been re-carpeted throughout and comprises:

Living area – a light and airy lounge area that has a large, newly re-upholstered 'L' shaped sofa, electric fire and 32" Freeview LCD TV.

Dining area – with a free standing dining table and 4 newly re-upholstered chairs.

Kitchen – a fully equipped 'U' shaped kitchen, inclusive of microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, full size gas cooker, all utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms - 1 x double and 2 x twin, all with plenty of wardrobe space. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases.

Bathrooms - a family bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, plus heated towel rail/radiator, along with a separate washroom with WC and wash basin. You will need to bring your own towels.

All gas and electric is included in the price.

Please Note: Park passes must be purchased from reception if you wish to make full use of Thorpe Park’s fantastic facilities, which include a large heated indoor pool, children’s play parks, mini golf, 9 hole golf course, water activities, amusement arcades, bars, food outlets (Burger King, Fish & Chips, Papa John’s Pizza), kids’ clubs and the entertainment complex, plus much more.

All of Thorpe Park rules must be adhered to.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday booking.

We also require a security deposit of £100, which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure providing on inspection there is no damage or missing items. Lost keys will result in £10 being deducted from your security deposit.

Full payment must be made 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your holiday. Cancellation terms apply. If booking is made with less than 8 weeks to the start date, full payment is to be made upon booking.

Cancellation Terms:

£50 booking deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations +6 weeks = 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 6 weeks = 0% refund.
