Caravan Description
This is our family owned holiday home on the quiet and friendly Downton Holiday Park, which is close to all the amenities you could want.
The caravan has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with wardrobe space and under-bed storage for your cases. A further two guests can be accommodated in the lounge if required.
The kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster, as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware.
In the lounge there is a gas fire, TV (with Freeview) and a DVD player (DVDs can be rented from the nearby shop). There is also ample room to relax outside on the enclosed decking.

About the Area
Downton Holiday Park is a small, well maintained site in Milford -on-Sea. On site there is a laundry area, children’s play park and an indoor games room, along with a Reception, where any queries can be answered. Wi-Fi is also available.There is a shop, bar, restaurant, take away, indoor pool, spa, gym and beauty salon - all within walking distance.
Just a 5 -10 minute walk is the cliff top and the local beach, with stunning views of the Isle of Wight.
A 5 minute drive will take you to Milford-on-Sea itself; a small seaside town with a beach and a range of bars and restaurants.
The caravan is an ideal base from which to explore the south coast and the New Forest. There are local facilities for horse riding, fishing, golf and water sports, or just walking and driving to explore this beautiful region.
