We have a luxurious, 'Platinum' rated, 38ft x 12ft, 2016 Model Swift
Bordeaux holiday home for hire on Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, with its
own raised front veranda deck, complete with bistro garden furniture and
private paved patio area with solid wood 8 seater picnic table.

Located in Steart Close, a private cul-de-sac on the park, our caravan is
only a 2 minute walk from the main facilities of Burnham-on-Sea Holiday
Village and a 5 minute walk from the beach and Burnham High Street.

Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday home.

Lounge: Spacious with 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee coffee table with
2 built-in footstools, an LG 42" flat screen TV and Bush DVD player complete
with extensive DVD library, Bluetooth surround sound music system with
ceiling speakers, a gas fire and carpet flooring, plus French doors opening
onto a raised veranda deck

Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 6

Kitchen: Well-equipped, modern kitchen with a full size gas oven, hob with
extractor hood, microwave, kettle, Tassimo, toaster, large integrated
fridge/freezer, all pans, crockery, glasses, utensils and lots of cupboard
space.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, duvet and pillows, flat screen TV/DVD combi TV,
overhead light, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe with coat hangers,
bedside cabinets and lots of extra over-bed storage, along with an en-suite
cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and mirrored storage.

Twin Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, duvets and pillows, bedside table, wall
mounted TV/DVD combi TV with wall sockets for games consoles, wardrobe with
coat hangers, overhead light plus additional bedside light.

Twin Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, duvets and pillows, bedside table, wall
mounted TV/DVD combi TV with wall sockets for games consoles, wardrobe with
coat hangers, overhead light plus additional bedside light.

Family Bathroom: Toilet, large shower enclosure with fully adjustable shower
and vanity basin with mirrored storage.

Outside: The holiday home is set in a private plot with paved patio area and
a raised veranda deck.

Parking: Allocated private space directly opposite.

Housekeeping: Your holiday home will be cleaned and prepared prior to your
arrival and we ask that you leave it in a good condition on departure
please.

You will need to provide your own duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

Booking Our Caravan

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid on booking, with the full hire
cost payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

We also require a £50 Care & Respect Bond, which will be refunded to you
within 2 weeks of our cleaner checking the caravan and no damage, loss or
breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.

Haven Park Rules

No single sex parties / No pets / No parties aged 21 and under.
