Caravan Description
This is our family owned, 2015, 36 x 12 Moonstone caravan situated in a quiet location only minutes away from the main reception and play park on Seton Sands Holiday Village in East Lothian, Scotland.
Caravan updated since photos submitted.
It comprises of three bedrooms; one main double and two twin bedded rooms. We provide bed linen, duvets and pillows - if you prefer to bring your own though, please advise at booking.
The caravan is fitted with double glazing and is centrally heated,
There is a main bathroom with shower and there is also an additional toilet.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, gas oven and hob, kettle, microwave and toaster. We also provide an iron, hoover and tea towels. We will also provide a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar.
In the lounge there is a 42" wall-mounted TV with some Free View channels, along with a separate DVD player.
The caravan has a spacious decking area with a table and chairs should you wish to sit out and relax. There is also a tarmac parking space beside the caravan.
We do NOT provide personal towels.

Families or couples only.
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Remainder to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your stay.
We accept payment by PayPal or any major credit/debit cards. Cheques can be accepted - please ask.
Passes for entertainment and activities can be purchased at reception. They are NOT included in our price.
Bookings listed are for 7 nights, but shorter stay bookings are available - please ask.

About the Area
Seton Sands Holiday Village is close to Edinburgh, with a frequent and direct bus service available.On site, the swimming pool is currently under refurbishment and extension. There are lakes on site too and Manafement have informed us that they are stocking one of the lakes for fishing, but you will have to throw your catch back in the water (alive) - please ask Seton Sands for further information regarding this. There is also a nine hole golf course on site.
We will leave a small information pack in the caravan, which may assist you with ideas for your stay in Edinburgh and East Lothian.
