Caravan Description

Lovely family owned Swift Bordeaux, classed by Haven as prestige, sited in the scenic Hillview area of Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, just a few minutes walk from all of the amenities and a 8-10 minute walk from Bowleaze beach.

It has 3 bedrooms, master double with ensuite toilet and washbasin, double wardrobe, dressing table and TV, hairdryer,and 2 twins both with ample storage. All rooms also have usb charging points. We can also provide a travel cot if needed.

The caravan has a second bathroom with large shower with toilet and hand basin.

The dining area and comfortable lounge have French doors leading out to the front decking area -ideal to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is equipped with a 32" TV and DVD player and also provided are a selection of DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy. Modern electric fire.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a full range of utensils, a cooker, full size fridge freezer ,microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and a hoover. Also, for your safety is a fire extinguisher, smoke and Co2 detectors.
Tea and coffee , biscuits, loo roll and hand wash provided on arrival.

The caravan is fully double glazed with central heating throughout, along with an electric fire in the lounge.

Outside is a patio area with a picnic table for you to enjoy the views. There are ample parking bays available by the caravan to allow you to enjoy the grassy area for play. Please avoid parking on the grass. There is an outside storage box where you will find a selection of outside toys your children might like to play with at the play area as well as buckets and spades for the beach and a couple of beach chairs.

All bedding is supplied with beds made up ready for your arrival.You will need towels and tea towels.

Haven entertainment passes are not included, but are available at reception and these cover access to both Weymouth Bay and the adjoining Seaview holiday park.

We do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan

Lettings are from March to December - please note Haven facilities close 4th November so after this time rentals are for the caravan only. There is still plenty to do in the area so ideal to rent if you want to explore, visit friends or family or simply relax.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking (£50 for 3 or 4 night breaks and £100 for longer breaks) to be paid by bank transfer.

The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, along with a £50 security deposit, which will be returned to you 7-14 days after your holiday, as long as the caravan is left in good order with no damage or breakages so that it can be enjoyed by other guests and our family. Any damage in excess of £50 will be invoiced and must be paid for..

No smoking or pets in the caravan.

We cannot accept single sex groups for stag / hen parties.

The lead guest must be over 21 years of age.

Prices shown are for Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday lets. Please enquire for 7 day discounted booking prices or for any dates/ breaks you require that are not shown.
