Caravan Description
We have a large 37x12, 2005 ABI Brisbane 8 berth caravan located on The Orchard site at Southview Leisure Park.
Our lovely caravan has 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin. There is more sleeping accommodation via a pull-out double bed in the living area.
The caravan is fully equipped with a 32" TV with Freeview and Blu-ray DVD player, DVD's, board games, a cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils and cutlery, an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer.
Parking space for two vehicles is available.
Bed linen and sheets are provided in our caravan at no extra charge.
However, towels and tea towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring them with you.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday booking. Full payment will be due 4 weeks before your holiday week starts.
An additional £50 security bond is required (added to the total price) which will be refunded if the caravan and its contents are found in good order with no loss or damage. We understand the odd glass/plate for example can get broken - please let us know if this happens.
From September 2017 we are dog friendly! £20 charge per dog.
We do ask that the caravan is left clean and tidy. Any damages will be reported by the cleaner.
Leisure park passes are not included in the price - please enquire about prices on booking.

Southview Leisure Park has all amenities on site, including: a nine hole golf course; new heated indoor swimming pool with flume; a jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium; a variety of sports activities and programmes; a variety of water activities and programmes; grocery store and launderette; children's play park; orangery restaurant; sports bar and restaurant; lake view show bar and restaurant; fish and chip shop; amusement arcade; 2 well-stocked fishing lakes; a bowling green and free Wi-Fi in communal areas.Site facilities requiring passes: amusement arcade, bowling green, fishing, golf course, gym, kids’ club, sauna, indoor pool, activities in the pool and outdoor activities.
Site facilities not requiring passes: restaurant, takeaway, grocery shop and launderette.
Passes for all activities are available at a cost from the reception upon arrival or they may be pre-booked.
The beach is just a 5 minute drive from the caravan.
