Caravan Description

This Swift Bordeaux caravan has full central heating and double glazing throughout and is located on the popular Bay View; a lovely area of the Park with stunning views of Reighton Gap and just 5 minutes from the main complex.

The living room is well equipped with 42" TV with DVD player and Freeview, along with a built-in radio and Bluetooth, French doors lead out onto the full, wraparound decking with a gate that can be locked. A table and chairs are provided to allow you to sit out in the nice weather.

The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven, plus tea/coffee making facilities. Tea towels are provided. There is also a dining table with six chairs.

The bathroom is a good size and includes a shower, toilet and wash basin.

There are three bedrooms; two with twin beds and a wardrobe, and a good size master bedroom with dressing table, stool, wardrobe and en-suite toilet with wash basin. All beds have pillows, mattress protectors and quilts.

All windows within the caravan are fitted with full, pleated blinds.

Family’s only

A non-refundable deposit of £150 is to be paid upon booking the caravan. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

Along with the balance a refundable bond of £150 will be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage, loss or breakages and everything found to be in order.
