This privately owned caravan on Hoburne Park Devon Bay has two bedrooms, comprising one double and one twin. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.

There is a shower room and a separate WC.

The lounge has a TV with Freeview and radio, plus an electric fire. There is also a TV in the main double bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with small freezer compartment.

Duvets and pillows are supplied (2x doubles, 2x singles) but you will need to bring your own linen, sheets and towels.

We also provide a hoover and cleaning materials, so that you can leave the caravan as you expect to find it.

Location

Hoburne Devon Bay has excellent facilities, including two heated swimming pools; one outdoor and one large indoor pool with a flume and a children's fun pool. It has a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fitness suite too. This area was refurbished for season 2017 with new kids’ play area and a café.

Also on site is crazy golf, a pool table, amusement arcade, kids’ adventure playground, a basketball court and football pitch. The bar has nightly and daytime entertainment programmes, which includes a kids’ club. There is also a sundeck attached to the bar.

Other amenities available on site are a takeaway, grocery store and launderette.

Hoburne Devon Bay also offers free Wi-Fi throughout the site.

Goodrington Sands is a short walk away (approximately 15 minutes) through the local nature reserve. Facilities at Goodrington include Quaywest Water Park a boating lake, amusements and a family pub, which serves all day food menu.

Nearby are Paignton and Torquay, with their beaches, cafe's, pubs, theatres and cinemas. Paignton has a famous pier too and a very popular zoo.
