Caravan Description
Our lovely Pemberton Montreux, 39 x 12, double glazed and central heated caravan is located on the newly developed part of the 5* Sand le Mere Holiday Village in East Yorkshire.
It has its own tarmac parking area with room for two cars and has been newly refurbished, with a new decking, carpets throughout and a reclining 2 seater sofa, 2 reclining swivel chairs with footstools and a coffee table. There is also a matching sideboard and TV unit with 43" TV with Sky freeview, along with a DVD player with selection of DVDs and a selection of books, games and jigsaws.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size gas cooker with extractor hood. full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, crockery, cutlery etc., and iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a few cleaning products.
There is a very light and spacious master bedroom with a brand new king size bed with memory foam topper, loads of wardrobe and drawer space, a 32" TV/DVD player and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin bedroom has with wall cupboards and a double wardrobe with drawers, and a 22" tv.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Beds can be made up ready for you or if you prefer you can bring your own bed linen.
Gas, electric and water is included in our rental price.
Passes for the leisure complex are not included, but these can be purchased from Reception.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of holiday, along with a £50 damage deposit, which will be refunded within 1 week of departure if there is no loss, damage or breakages to the caravan or contents.
3, 4 and 7 nights available. ( 3 nights minimum) For longer breaks please enquire.
7 night holidays during the school summer break are from Saturday to Saturday.
Payments to be made by bank transfer.
Please note: One well behaved dog will be considered, but must not be allowed on the furniture or beds, or left alone in the caravan, unless they have a pet cage. Please enquire before booking. Please bring their own bed.

About the Area
Sand le Mere Holiday Village is located in Tunstall, near Hull in East Yorkshire. It offers a well-stocked, freshwater lake for the fisherman, or there is fishing from the beach. When the tide is out you can take a nice stroll along the beach to the town of Withernsea and back. Withernsea is about 3 1/2 miles by car. There is also a bus from the complex which goes to Withernsea and Hornsea.There's plenty to do at Sand le Mere Holiday Village, for both young and old alike. There's an indoor swimming pool with kids splash pool and water slide, an outdoor adventure playground, indoor soft play area, a gym, Sky Sports, a launderette, shop, café and bar restaurant.
All in all, it’s a great place to holiday with plenty of things to keep you occupied.
