Caravan Description

A warm welcome to our caravan located on Haven's popular Perran Sands Holiday Park in The Fairings cul-de-sac, only minutes away from the main leisure complex and within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach.

Our 2012 ABI Ambleside caravan is double glazed and comes with central heating throughout and wraparound decking.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has an an en-suite with WC, basin and shower (towels provided). Also a double bed with under bed storage, a vanity dressing table with hair dryer, a walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV with DVD player (for use of DVDs only) and an ironing board. Bedding and bed linen is provided with the bed already made up for your convenience.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together to make a double if required. Bedding and bed linen is provided with the bed already made up for your convenience.

Bathroom
Shower, toilet and wash basin, with towels provided

Kitchen / Diner
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you should need, including a full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea towels, washing up liquid and cloths are provided.

Lounge
Within the lounge there is a sofa that becomes a metal action double sofa bed, an armchair, free standing coffee table, large flat screen TV with DVD player, a games console and a small selection of toys, colouring books, puzzles and board games for your use. Patio doors lead onto a wraparound decked area with rattan table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

Extras
We also supply four body boards, plus buckets and spades for your use while you stay at are caravan.

We can provide a highchair and travel cot on request.

Bookings & Conditions

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking.

The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. If booked within this time, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

In addition, a £50 house-keeping/security deposit will be required, against damage, loss, breakages and/or loss of keys. This will be refunded within 5 days of your departure if the caravan is left clean and tidy (including BBQ)and everything found to be in order.

Site rules stipulate: No same sex parties; One person in the part must be aged over 21.

All leisure passed can be obtained from Reception at an extra cost - these are not included in our rental price.
