Caravan Description

Our 2014 ABI Haywood, 3 bedroom, ‘Platinum’ caravan is set on a bank in a quiet area of Littlesea Holiday Park, giving views of the lagoon and beautiful sunsets from our veranda. There is also parking for 2 cars.

The caravan is double glazed with central heating and a coal effect electric fire. The lounge has a settee that will pull out into a double bed, along with a TV with Freeview and DVD.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, integrated freezer, toaster, kettle and a table with 4 chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom has a toilet and a power shower.

The caravan is strictly non-smoking and pet free.

Bookings

Pillows and duvets are provided, but linen and towels are not.

Park passes are not included in our rental price, which you will need to use the facilities. These can be purchased from the reception.

We require a £75 security deposit that will be returned if no damage or items are missing.

A £100 non-refundable booking deposit is required. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. No refund after the balance is paid - only the £75 security deposit.

Location

There plenty to do on Littlesea Holiday Park. There are 2 swimming pools (indoor and out), golf, pool, fishing, a launderette, fish shop, Spar shop, Papa John’s, restaurant with a bar and a entertainment club and an amusement arcade.

There are plenty of places to visit locally too, including Portland Bill. Weymouth is about 3 miles from the park, where you will find safe bathing and a lovely beach.
