Our caravan is situated in a prime location within Ty Mawr Holiday Park, overlooking meadows and the Welsh hills and not crowded by other caravans. Other than a caravan situated each side of us, the next nearest caravan is over 40 yards away. Yet we are only a two minute walk from all amenieties

Our beautiful caravan has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite containing toilet and small washbasin. bedrooms 2 and 3 contain 2 single beds each. Although it is a very large 'Platinum' grade van it is not suitable for any more than 6 persons.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating, along with an electric fire in the living area where you will also find a 32” TV with soundbar and DVD player.. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, gas cooker and toaster.

There is a large shower and toilet.

Outside the caravan there is a pleasant patio area, which has outside seating and a 5 seat patio set.

The gas, electric and water necessary for your stay are all included in the price of your holiday.

All bed linen is provided - all you are required to bring are tea towels and bath towels.

Bookings

A £50 deposit secures your booking and will be held as a security bond, which will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, subject to the caravan being left in good condition with no loss, damage or breakages.

The full holiday price will be payable within 4 weeks of your arrival date.

Location

Ty Mawr is a vibrant family site. Within the entertainment complex there is a large swimming pool with a decent sized flume and specific daily water activities organised in the pool (water walking, aqua jets, kayaks and bouncy blow ups). Also contained within the complex is a large entertainment room, where during the summer months the park provides nightly entertainment, comprising nationally and locally known entertainers, theme nights, bingo, groups and discos. A full daily children's programme is organised through the entertainments team (Sparky’s Krew) and every evening in the entertainment room a children's activities and children's show show starts the night.

The entertainment complex also contains a large arcade and restaurant/bar/dining area with a small lounge area. Free Wi-Fi is available within the dining/bar area.

Outside, but within the park there is a multi-facility sports area and children's playground - again daily activities are organised by the entertainments team.

The site also has a convenience store, launderette and chip shop.

To access to the swimming pool you need a Park Pass, which is also necessary to gain access to the entertainment complex after 6pm. The cost of the passes is not included in the price of your holiday. The passes are available for purchase from reception on your arrival. The price for 2018 are not available at the time of advert insertion - details will be available on booking or by e-mail inquiry prior to booking.

Don't want to stay in the Park, then North Wales has many attractions. There are many sandy beaches along the coast and the sea is only a 10 minute walk away from Ty Mawr. North Wales is steeped in history and there are many large and historical castles and areas of outstanding beauty within easy reach. First class modern theatres are also located in Llandudno and Rhyl which have a varied changing programme throughout the year.

There are many leaflets available in the park reception area, which highlight what is available.

North Wales is also known for its many attractive golf courses, including the Championship Course at Conway, plus several courses in the immediate vicinity, such as Rhudlan Golf Course, Abergele Golf Course and two courses at Llandudno.
