Caravan Description
Our beautiful, well-maintained, 4 year old ABI Bowness caravan is situated on a quiet hedge pitch, just 600 yards from the beautiful and clean beach of Harlyn.
It benefits from being double glazed and central heated and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, plus a double pull-out bed in the lounge (sleeping 8 in total).
The bathroom with has a large shower cubicle, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with sink.
There is an open plan living room with a gas fire and TV, plus a dining area with room for 6 people .
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker/hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and all pots, pans, crockery and utensils to make your stay comfortable.
Outside there’s room to park 2 cars. There’s also a table and chairs, a gas BBQ, swing chair and rotary washing line for you to use.
Gas and electric is included in our rental price.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but not bed linen. You will need to supply your own quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels and living commodities (e.g. loo roll).
Bookings & Conditions
A non refundable £100 deposit will secure your booking.
Full payment must be received 28 days prior to your holiday start date. ( with £100 security deposit)
A £100 security deposit is to be added to any costs, which will be fully refunded after your holiday unless any loss, damage or breakages been incurred or there is a need for a deep clean.

About the Area
Harlyn Sands is a family owned and run Park for families. The Park includes a restaurant/clubhouse with regular entertainment, swimming pool with slide, shop, children's playground and a launderette.An excellent small beach for rock pooling is within a short walking distance, or if you wish to try some of the larger beaches, a little further away is Harlyn Bay, Booby's Bay, Constantine and Trevone. These are superb for swimming, body boarding and surfing and all have lifeguards.
The Harlyn Inn pub is within walking distance of the Park and a short drive away there is the Cornish Arms (Rick Stein) and a lovely restaurant called the Olive Tree.
Trevose Golf Club is next door to the Park and within walking distance (5-10 minutes).
Padstow is a short drive away and from here the Camel Trail can be accessed (bikes for hire) or you take a short boat trip to ‘Rock’.
There is nearby easy access to the A30 main highway, which will take you to all of Cornwall's fantastic attractions and locations, including Perranporth and Newquay.
